Our team continues to grow! We now have 22 rowers who participate regularly in practice. We are fortunate to have 16 ergs, and will be receiving eight more this week! We have six sets of slides, arriving shortly, that will allow students to practice the feel of rowing together while on the ergs. We are grateful for Concept 2’s “Pull Together” program which either donated or discounted equipment for CCS. Our fleet of boats has also grown to three quads, one double, and one single scull. Concept 2 donated oars for our recently acquired quad. We are looking forward to time that can be spent on the water in the spring, summer, and fall. Our board’s focus is now on raising the necessary funds to hire an executive director/coach, to take our organization to the next level. See below for ways to collaborate in this effort.
